It could be wrong decision, but it is reasonable.
We never told anyone, that deadzones will be tweakable on PS3 - so no false promises.

I can confirm that this is true from my studies of the X360 controller. The same deadzone is inherent in the original gamepad, but is not som noticeable du to short sticks, with small working area. The probable purpose is avoidance of calibration.
So please dont blame this on 1C.
