If you look in Conf.ini file inside of the main folder look for TrackIR.

If trackIRUse = 1 that may be the problem

;ProcessAffinityMask=1
mouseUse=2
joyUse=1
trackIRUse=0
DisableIME=0
locale=

Change to the above
