What the OP wrote is the Chinese phonetic transcription, namely pin yin. In Chinese characters the sentence should write: 我等的不是BoB,我等的是寂寞. It is actually a quite popular internet slang recently in China. In English, it means: what I have been waiting for is not BoB. It's the lonliness.
