..tried Installing the 130308 dll's after the first install of the 4.09m patch and had some weird graphic/resolution issues.

Did a clean re-install and have not touched what 'ain't broken'.

Anyone else?

10/19/09 tried the 130308 again and all is well.
Completely diff issue.
