anyway yes of course, I have two off the top of my head that I personally have experience of, and that is Fuel, and Tom Clancy's Hawx. Fuel sucks FYI, but Hawx is a good game if you like jets, easily superior to the ace combat series. but yes both shipped with pre-order stuff still available to every other buyer, you just had to unlock it, not BUY it.
