Aye, the already tiny online community would be splintered to hell if it wasn't done that way. If they do bring out 'new' MP planes, it'd probably pay them to patch them into everyone's game, or there'll be an elite crew of 50-100 playing it regularly on both consoles and that'd be it.
More importantly, Oo-ray for the DLC!

Sounds like it's well priced and well targeted (I know a lot of you are onliners, but there aren't many of you relative to the total game's userbase) - will deffo be picking this up for sure, and crossing my fingers for a more involved single-player mission editor either in further DLC or the sequel.
