Seriously, I would have to say the I-153 Chaika. Biplanes, though slow and not heavily armed, have one hell of a way to get away from enemies and such. But for monoplanes, Yak-3. I've had no problem with this planes turning or anything. Depending on whether I keep it at 5,000ft or below, the plane handles like a gem.
