The B17, and many other aircraft, are unlocked by completing single missions, and by getting scores on MP games. There's a list of unlocks stickied in this forum.
As for the P47, I've never seen one in MP, although people have mentioned seeing a few so the code must work. Don't know how you can get it though, especially if Amazon aren't responding. They'll probably unlock the P47 as part of an update or DLC soon anyway.
