Anyone else find the hit detector buggy today?
 

I just played a match, the game didn't seem laggy in the slightest.

So you can imagine my surprise when I found another player floundering in mid air at low speed, I gave him a good 2 second burst with the 12 machine guns from my Hurricane Mk2, I saw all the bullets hit, and the hit animations on the other plane but he didn't die.

I followed him down though several tight turns and again caught him in the climb again raking him with machine gun fire (seeing the hit animations) and still no death.

This repeated itself again, and then the other player "crashed".

I recon I got atleast 4 seconds worth of total fire on him, but he didn't die?????

Anyone esle finding this today?

Yeah. I was playing a match earlier today and I unloaded my guns on one guy and he would not go down.

I was close range - and he was impossible to hit. Tracers were hitting the mark - but nothing.

The .303 cal guns on the Hurricane weren't very effective against any plane that had armor. They couldn't penetrate, so they pretty much bounced off. What kind of plane were you firing at? An IL-2 or something like that would be very hard to bring down.

dont think it is actually possible for the hit indication to be good on one day... and buggy on the next (without any updates).

So prob it is because of your plane, lag, or bad luck ;)
