Invulnerable pilot achievement?

I am trying to get the Invulnerable pilot achievement. This is the one where you do a Single Mission called "Escort". You must have Attempts set to zero, and use Limited Ammo.

I completed the mission with zero Attempts and Limited Ammo but did not get the acheivement. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

Has to be limited ammo and limited fuel doesn't it?

It didn't mention anything about limited fuel.... Unless I missed it....

This page would seem to agree about the fuel:

I thought I remembered it saying that too.

Ok, I'll try it again with Limited Fuel.... Thanks

I actually got that even though I ran out of ammo 2 minutes before the end of the game, only had 3 bombers left in the end:-P

Did it on first try on Realistic settings, my squadron was actualy very helpfull in shooting down their share of attackers , I just directed them to the target as soon as possible.

To do it on sim is probably a lot harder, I usually focus my attention on the wrong dot in screen for a couple of minutes before realizing its actually a friendly.

LOL, that happens to me sometimes too. I remember at the very beginning playing sim back in the demo, I followed a friendly around for ten minutes getting pissed that he wasn't going down. Yes it took me that long to see the RAF logo on my SDTV. HD is coming soon though!:)
