Dont forget that different planes have different performance and other altitudes.

Yes the P51 is too slow :(.. but it gets closer to the LA speed when you increase the altitude of your test (P51 is a high-alt performer...and LA a medium alt)

People also forget that all speeds for aircraft that are recorded are done so in a dive. Crates would dive at around 30 degrees and the max top speed would be recorded. However its general performance speed is always going to be different, simply due to weapon loadout, fuel, weather, and pilot skill.

Those speeds are km/h and you are playing this on Sim, right? Also I suspect you are flying low down, around sea level, which would explain why the La-7 is the fastest.

Here is a list of the speeds you should be able to obtain at sea level with those planes with your figures on the right,

-P51D 360mph (579km/h).................557
-Fw190D-9 375mph (603Km/h)..........591
-Spitfire IX 345mph (555km/h)...........560
-La-7 382mph (615km/h)..................620
-Bf109G-6 340mph (548km/h)............560
-Spitfire II 305mph (490km/h)............460

So, what's the problem?
