Can anyone confirm that the release date has been pushed back?
 

I live in Southern Ontario, Canada, so nice and simple, can anyone confirm 100% that the release date won't be until next week now?

Release date for canada is the 15th.

OK, did they change that for the US too? Lots of us got it at Gamestop on 9-2/9-3, so all they are doing is buying us more time to unlock planes, seems to be the name of the game right now.

EB Games has my money for both this and DiRT2 on PS3, both of which had release dates of 9/8/9. This is out the 15th, and D2 on the 11th. I guess Canada drifted further away overnight. Maybe M$ paid them extra to leave Sony a few days to wipe off the dust. I'm surprised in this day of instant knowledge that customers weren't told before hand. Never a pre-order again.

Could be worse. You could be in Asia like I am, where we have no idea whether there will EVER be a release that we can play on our machines (so far it seems to be NTSC-U/C and PAL only, no NTSC-J version).
