Joystick Deadzone Fix?

Well, many of you have played the game already, and are enjoying it as I type... :( but anyway, I have a simple question. The sometimes noticeable deadzone on some of the sticks we have, are they removed from the final game since we all know its not the stick itself that has the deadzone.

I'm mostly speaking for the Xbox 360 version and the AV8R-02, but in general, anybody see a fix in this to improve the playability and control of the joysticks. I would figure this out myself, but well, I can't get the game until tomorrow... I hope.

Just got the aviator tonight, and I notice the deadzone. It makes fine tune adjustments difficult at times, but it is still worlds better than the gamepad. You really only notice it when you are trying to pick off someone's engines, not during most maneuvers. Also, I think it's good enough to justify a purchase, and I'm glad I didn't shell out for the Hori.

Also, the ziptie mod, which i haven't yet done, is supposed to ease the problem by making the stick easier to move.

Btw, don't forget about the splendid TENNISGRIP mod ... no kidding, that is actually a very good mod (just 5$ or so)
