a problem with the demo

on the dover mission i have many times chased mildly damaged JU87's with a perfect spitfire and using WEP however the JU87's are somehow faster than me

Did you take hits to your engine? That's what happened to me in a go. My engine was so badly damaged the Stukas were out running me. I was forced to land on the dover coast as I couldn't generate enough power to clear the cliffs.

+1, if you have any hit to the engine, or you've thrashed it a bit too hard, you will have trouble unless you pounce form a great height.

I normally just bail out and use a fresh plane :)

oh, sorry. Also forgot you said the Stuka was damaged!
That is weird, because I'm much faster than them on Sim? I rarely use WEP, unless I'm climbing.

Try and chase them, nose just below horizon. You'll go under them, but have more speed; pull up and spray and hopefully they'll panic and break. Then you can slot in behind and hose them.

EDIT: Sorry sounds like I'm assuming you don't know how to fly! I don't mean to patronise! Difficult to give tips on the internet without sounding like a know-it-all :| lol
