Activation code still missing

Hello !!
Yesterday I've bought MOW and I've downloaded it via Metaboli but, as I've indicated a wrong email address during transaction, I didn't receive activation code yet. I've regularly paid the game and I've sent 3 mails with correct email address to support.cenega@gamesplanet.com but I didn't receive any answer or code. Is it normal ? How long it could take? Any info or experience would be very appreciated !!
