Has anyone successfully carried out a belly landing? Please say if you have!

It's impossible in the demo.

It is possible. I have done it like 20 times(not counting the 100 crashes it took to do so).

It's not easy at all, so I can't blame you for saying it's impossible. I have only done it on the runway.

I think one of the reasons I was able to belly land successfully, was because I broke my landing gear(on purpose) and the game let me belly land because of it.

The unfortunate thing is half the time after you belly land, the camera zooms out and then your plane blows up for no reason.:mad: So I hope this is only because it is in tutorial and campaign. Hopefully single and multiplayer work differently.

Yes, twice or three times now actually. Both in Dover. Twice in a field, and once on the airfield. It's not very easy, and now that I think about it, those three times would have had to have been sheer luck.

I think the times I did it where luck too.

I've attempted lots of Belly landings, but each time, I slow down, come to a stop, and then explode! It really shouldn't happen. Lets hope they fix it.

I hope they fix it too. I once spent a whole mission trying to make a crash landing, but every time I just explode. Although a few times I tried it with my landing gear they would break off ad I would land on my belly and not explode.
