Missing sound effects...........

Ok maybe I've just been spoiled by IL2 for the PC for years...but I swear I'm not hearing ANY sound effects for the wind in a dive or more importantly the shuddering of the wings/fuselage when you are approaching a high speed stall.

How am I supposed to know if I'm maneuvering my plane too aggressively if there are no audible clues (cough ...PC) ???

I hear everything perfectly , especially the wind

Maybe its your sound settings / system

I hear the sounds perfectly fine.

But that reminds me.

Is it possible to overstress the wings and rip the plane apart? Anybody?

could be let me go check... as of right now I hear no wind or shuddering before a stall.

i dont think so , i have not tried a high altitude dive

Nope tried through both my 5.1 receiver and standard TV speaker. I turned the volume way up and it seems there is a very light looping wind effect (not one that increases decreases with speed)

I can live with that....but the BIG problem is no shuddering sound effect before a high speed stall!!! I've been playing IL2 on the PC versions for years and that is the most important factor in aggressive flight... You can't tell when you are about to high speed stall without it.

Technically, it is possible - we have such event reported by flight model.
However, we've switched this option off in the game (at least in Arcade/Realisitc, don't remember about Sim).
It is really confusing for most players, and was reported as a bug by all players: press, focus group, players on public events. It would definetly be a bug in final platformholder's QA.

Any ideas of the shuddering sound effect before a high speed stall?? was that left out as being reported as a bug?

I actually don't not sure about this one. In wasn't reported as a bug, of course, and guys here told that everything is ok, on their systems.
In any case, need to check with a team this one.
