Issue with audigy 4 solved

I have audigy 4.And when I first installed the game I had no sound at all.The problem(after hours of trial&error) was when using EAX console.That is:
Eax console>effects>advanced EQ. DO NOT turn advanced EQ on!Use instead the environment ortion
