Patch issue
 

Good day,
Me and a friend bought this game of 1c company website. I dont know which patch is for me, as the site directs you to metaboli and then at the bottom someone wrote:

Someone link me please as i bought this 6.04.2009 and cant play mp since!

I installed this normaly i never patched or tried some patches. If you need more info please dont hesitate to ask.

The fix will be ready in few days, this is a know issue, some versions of the metaboli MoW are somehow not compatible with the patch. I should receive the working patch in 1-2 days.

Some versions ? there's only 1 metaboli MoW version...click the "buy online" link off of your mow website and see for yourself http://www.menofwargame.com/updates.phtml , none of which can be patched atm. I severely hope this problem won't exist with the next patch, it's kind of snafu that the patch wasn't tested for compatibility prior to release. 19+ days for a fix to a fix ( since I reported to 1C tech support it doesn't detect the game ) is a bit of a long wait....I wish we could hold our payments until we're satisfied with the product or until we feel like paying for it...maybe then patches and fixes would come at more then a snail's pace....


You can't really use the "it takes time because we have to test the patches" excuse because obviously your not.....

It has now been 4 days since your post....was that 2 days in Alpha Centaury time or Earth Time ? patch fix please...we're still left here waiting :roll:


I know sometimes things happen or something gets delayed/someone forgets to email it to ya, etc, but you do have a responsibility to keep us updated .

lmfao....it's now T + 10 days....( or T + 29 days depending on how you look at it ) a fix this year would be nice....

ah finally the patch.....hard to have patience when ya have lockups lol
