Level 12 clipping bug

I've just encountered the level 12 clipping bug.

NONE of my save games are working.

Is this going to be fixed in the patch?

I have also encountered the clipping bug and now when I load a previous save game i still go through walls. see this post http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=7225
