Game does not Run!!!!

Running Vista64 XFX Nvidia 790i Ultra, Duo Hp 22in Monitors, Intel Duo 3.0ghzs CorRam 4g Nvidia GTX 280, psu 750, When I click on the Cryostasis icon screens go black then nothing happens I have to use TaskMgr to end the process I also downloaded the lastest phys driver. Any thoughts I would I aprreciate the help!!!!:confused:
