25 FPS lock and MP crash

2 questions:

1.) i have in every game a 25 FPS lock. only in MP lobby are >100 FPS. i have this bug with ATI and NVIDIA gpu in SP and MP.

2.) when i host a MP game lokal (no dedicated server) -> every game crashed after 10-15 min. when i join a MP game -> game never crashed.

can we expect this bugs will be solved with next patch (not 1.11.3) ?
