but this is my first post

what i wondered was

if you pick up a leadership banner (will there be a fixed amount of leadership that u would get from that flag) or will it be random?

or is the number fixed throughout the whole game?

or is it fixed on your characters level?

It will be fixed throughout the whole game. It does depends on your class (warrior, paladin, mage), but of course that's not something you can change during a game. All the flags are randomly generated at the beginning of the game, and each class has a different multiplier for the base amount of leadership. It goes W:60x, P:50x, M:40x.

i was thinking the higher your level the more xp u get from the banners:)

U don't get XP from banners. U get Leadership.

Amount of leadreship depends on the color of the banner. Blue - lowest, red - highest. The exact ammount is given with formula: difficulty of the area * the basic amount for leadership. The highest amount of leadership you can get in Murok.

so i could get more when i was around level 20 haha
