Help needed at Level 2

After the earthsahke and killing all spiders i can't find a way out. the 4 openings are too low.
How can i get from this situation?

Strange, there is an entry with stairs between two spider caves.

Which openings do you mean?

I have the same problem.
I fall through the floor, the 'Kill all spiders' objective appears on screen. I kill the freaks until none are left, but the 'objective complete' notification is not given, and the bigass door that is supposed to open, does not open.
Can't cheat my way out of it too, because I have to tilde key.

EDIT: A way to solve this problem is if someone would be so kind as to send me a savegame with the checkpoint closest after the whole spider shootout. Anyone?

Im stuck there too and the door wont open

Not a guaranteed cure for this particular problem but it may help. When doors failed to open in Painkiller, on which NVN was built, going back to the last checkpoint and replaying the section often cured the problem.

As I said, no guarantees but it may be worth a try.
