Crashing on videos

Hello,

I have a serious problem with Necrovision, each time a video begins to play, I have a huge chance of game crashing. It happens with the logos at the beginning and with the ones at the end of levels.

I think to a codec problem.

Is it known ?

It seems that with a graphic driver update, the problem is resolved.

In future if you face any problems give more detailed info about your system, as it's almost impossible to advice anything besides updating drivers.

Good, but as I wrote to you in the other thread, the best variant for such cases is sending dxdiag report to our support team. With this info the solution can be found much faster.
