Game crashes

I´m quiet down because.....
I defeated the big scorpion (I think it´s Level 5). Then I have to fight with Zimmermann. We both break through the ground, I try to fight further, but....
the game crashes.
Is it a technical issue and can be patched or I am the only one with this problem?

Ok, I waited for the patch, installed it, then I played (the very, very difficult) Scorpionfight again and then... it didn't crash.
