Start up error.
 

Hi, I purchased the game after a friend told me it was pretty good, I checked the spec's and was confident my PC would handle it (i will list my spec's below), so I got home, installed the game and went to play it and got the below error. I tried a reboot as i had just installed the software from the game and the reader. I rebooted, closed all programs and tried again with the same results, ive tried running the game as admin, and if im honest im a tad stuck on what to try next.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PC Spec's:

Dell XPS 420
Windows Vista 32bit
Intel(r) Core(tm) 2 Extreme CPU X9650 @ 3.00GHz
4GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3870
DirectX10

Quick edit: i tried to install DirectX9c to see if that would solve the issue - nope! Still getting the same error - please help! lol.
