Problems installing and running..
 

I'm getting ready for work and don't have much time to read thru the tread yet.

1. 1 1/2 year old Toshiba laptop running Vista 32b
Does not seem to be installing correctly. the install goes all the way thru but does not put the icon on the desktop. going thru start button the screen flickers after 15 - 30 seconds but does not run.

2. 3 year old Sony Vaio PC running XP sp3
Install goes thru (I DO get the desktop icon) Right after clicking icon or start button get a "unknown_path 'ps20' error box.

I've installed using both admin & my normal login. Also with/without Comodo firewall on.
