Quest help please dragons labyrinth
 

It tells me to go to Mehgard and talk to an engineer but i dont see that as a location on my maps of places ive been. Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be great. Thank you

There is an exit in Taron mines past the Bogacho Castle leading to an enveloped section of Arden Peak. There you should find a locomotive. Speak to the NPC and you will be transported to Mehgard.
