who exactly becomes friendly when i make peace with dwarfs?
I heard mention of some giants becoming friendly if I make peace with the dwarfs. I'd like to finish that quest already. But I don't want to lose out on some sweet combat. So who do I need to kill specifically?
I actually don't think that anything becomes friendly when you sign the treaty - I have now gone to the underground sea before signing the treaty in two separate games, and both times there was no change in all the troops down there.
thank you.
yep - the dwarven units in underground see map are all set "neutral" - or rather "friendly" from the beginning -> so no loss there...
The main difference in having or not having peace treaty with dwarfs is that the sub-marine ship will be available if you are in peace treaty and the captain won't be willing to help you if you are not in peace treaty. |
that and you get promoted to earl, with 2000 leadership bonus, when you sign the treaty.

That and the dirigible (baloon) guy i think. Now you can freely fly to Darion and back.
I always opt for running back to Darion instead of using dirigible. Does it consume a day for using it?
it does, what difference does that make?
Lower end-game score, if you care about that sort of stuff. I don't.
