Proposition for SOW, albeit probably too late: User friendly campaign editor.
 

How about it? An interface that allows you to set up missions, make campaigns, add your own music, backgrounds etc, without leaving the game.

We have one...its called the Full Mission Builder. Its inside the game, it has a few quirks, but its ridiculously easy to use compared to most mission building software I've ever used - actually...scratch that ...it IS the easiest. It'd be nice to have scripted events (I would hope that would be graphically/UI driven rather than real scripting) and it'd be nice to configure the campaigns/cutscenes without having to go to the .ini files but aside from that creating a mission is simple.

Agreed, I guess I was reffering to two or three details that would be nice to be implemented, like you mentioned.
