Quests and Conversations
 

Does anyone know how to edit quest parameters or conversation trees? I've been fiddling with .chat files in a hex editor but without knowing the file structure, all I get are "no chat" errors. It's nice that developers decided to make modding possible but sometimes I wish they had finished the job by including dev tools or at least file definitions. :?
