Self-Restraint: Grave Robbing and Fighting Heroes

So far, I have restrained myself from grave-robbing (in the cementary) and from fighting hero stacks (e.g. Butory or Zweig (lol)) for fear that I might mess up some quests when doing so. Is my fear justified, or can I just go on a free for all?

Graves don't affect any quests.

Heroes that affect quests (e.g., the robber in the swamps) can't be killed unless you have the quest.
