Need help to find Lucky James

Hi All

Am at a point where I need to find Lucky James and his mines in order to move on. Have been all over the islands but missed him, have the black mark, talked to his girl, killed the sea monster but can't find the Lucky James HELP!

If you have the black mark, go back to that guy and then travel inland. He's on the south-east island of the Eastern Islands.
