W-A-S-D Not working after patch
 

I installed the patch and the game does not respond to the keys as a way to move my hero. I also went into the game.ini file and entered the setf line shown in the patch notes but it still does not work.

No WSAD
 

I don't seem to be able to use the W.S.A.D keys for movement either. I have the Direct2Drive downloaded version, but the patch still seemed to install...

Check game.ini in your My Documents\My Games\Kings Bounty folder.

It should have some line like this:
setf ~enablewsad 0

Change value to 1 to enable wsad movement.

Yes, it works well now - it seems to be that I altered the wrong .ini file [the one in the game /data directory]

Does it require a fresh game? It is still not working for me.:confused:

just edit the right file. But really you aren't missing much if you can't get it to work. It works just like the arrow keys.
