Question about 'Nighttime Operations'!!

I know I posted a thread like this already, but it has like 70 views and no replies, so I thought I'd try again.

Does anyone know if 'Evening' in the lower left corner counts as night when the game mechanics are calculating things like the bonuses from Nighttime Operations, or does it only come into play when the time says 'Night' / ('Nighttime?' I forget). I know that at least one other item relies on a 'nighttime' bonus (the Dwarven Lantern Miner Helmet or whatever...+20% attack at night. Big time.)

If anyone knows, I'd much appreciate it. Thanks!!

According to Fan Manual evening=night for Nighttime Operations and some artefacts.

Underground doesn't count as "NIght time operation" right?

i thought i read some where underground fights might get bonus from night time operation, but my units didn't seem to have that stat boost, underground.

Night time stats bonus' and underground stat bonus' are unrelated afaik.

Night operations should work in underground. If you really don't have any bonus, then it may be a bug.
