Does 'evening' count as 'night'?
 

Not sure if this is the proper forum for this question, but there are plenty of things in the game that rely on nighttime only situations, and I was wondering if 'evening' counts or do these things only come into effect when the time of day says 'nighttime'? If it's nighttime only, these things are like half as useful as they would be otherwise.

Again, another example of bad translation and making things unclear for the player.
