Internet Connection
 

I was just curious...because of securom will I need to be connected to the internet in order to play this game? I won't be having the internet after the end of the month so I just thought I'd ask before I went and bought this game.

As far as I know it just checks if the cd is in the drive.

But, I'm connected to the net.

I think the Gamersgate direct download version you just need internet to download the game, and then the first time you activate the game you need to be connected to internet, and afterwards you can play off-line.
