Unable to see mouse/cursor - Trial version
 

I just downloaded the trial version and when I start the game the mouse cursor is invisible. It's still there is I move over clickable things they highlight. Any suggestions to fix?

I have the exact same problem. Solution, anyone?

Fixed it.
 

I figured out how to get around it.
Go to Control Panel -> Mouse.

I just unclicked a bunch of stuff.
Deselect - Pointer trails
Deselect - Pointer shadow
Deselect - Hide pointer when typing.

Then click Apply.

One of those three did the trick. Probably the "hide pointer when typing" one. Now I can see the pointer.

Just to let you know, the cursor freezes on screen and mouse movement becomes invisible in the full version of the game too. This, and the no sound problem are the two problems I have run into with the game. Can't understand why the sound problem wasn't corrected in the 1.6.5 patch. Also the cursor problem as well. Maybe new patch coming that addresses these problems.
