Newbie question
 

I started a game yesterday and played for a few hours. I "learned" every scroll i could find. Will this effect my late game as i have wasted alot of crystals? Should i start over and only learn the spells i will actually use? (since it's only a few hours anyway) ?

This depends on the difficulty you are plying. On Easy you will be able to learn almost all spells, on others you should be more careful in choosing spells, as there are not so many crystals.
