This is a lizardmen quest, they're supposed to be in the titan's museum, I have absolutely no idea where, though.

Its on eastern freedom Island, when u enter the cave just go left...

Yep Eastern freedom island upper right island go to left path just in the middle of the left path near the wall there is chest

Oh thanks. I tried digging all around the cave the first time, but apparently missed just that one spot, so that had me confused.
