My OS is winXP, SP3, 4GB ram, CPU AMD phenom 8450 triple core, 2.11 GHz, GPU Nvidia 9600 GT 1024 Mb ram. Dx9.c..
When I buy, I could fly it, but it is now impossible. solution?

Have you tried updating Microsoft.NET client in programs?
Also, repairing/re-installing direct X in the games Redist folder?
