Lower narrator's speech ? Audio setting does not work.
 

A bug that has been bugging me for a while..........

The narrators mission speech is too loud.

In the Options menu I put the "Speech" audio setting to far left or zero
but the narrator's voice is still loud. It does not change the volume for it at all.

What file or code can I edit manually to lower it ?

What about something in the sound.set file ?
