if is possible assign hero spell on normal unit or convert hero spell in unit talent?(spells to special_attacks)

Certainly, but you have to learn how to program in LUA - look at the Witch Hunter in CW for an example of a unit that essentially uses hero spells.

i know the C, would not be very difficult learn lua script
the problem is understand structures of the game file (various links between file )
see " Witch Hunter.atom" help me,I would be willing to buy CrossWorld but not there in Italian language.
could you help me in the post on how to change that file *.loc?
