Print screenshot wont work help!!!!

When i print it come out black and i dont use steam wat do i do? i also have the latest patch.

When I do screenshots, I press "Prt Scr" and then open up Windows Paint (or any similar paint software) and then press CTRL-V to paste the picture into the paint software. Works each time for me.
