QMB & Screen resolution issues 4.12/4.11.1
 

Those using Jsgme to switch versions may have found this issue with QMB locking up when returning to v 4.11.1 from 4.12


I just renamed an old qmb to .last.quick and qmb runs in 4.11.1

Made copies in Jsgmemods/4.11.1/Quicks There was no .last.quick for 4.11 patches, only new missions.
4.12 patch included missions and a new .last.quick Jsgmemods/4.12/Quicks

One simple tweak to stop your resolution being kicked back into the stone age when switching from 4.12 back to 4.11 -
Run 4.11.1 exit and copy -paste config.ini to Jsgmemods/4.11
Then switch to 4.12, set up widescreen graphics 1920x1080-exit and copy -paste config.ini to Jsgmemods/4.12

All you need to do then is change to your Pilot profile (HOTAS assignments) for 4.11.1 or 4.12
