Can't see the reticle of my ReVi in the 109
When flying the Bf 109, I've got the problem that I can't see the reticle of the gun sight, no matter if I switch on the gun sight light or not. I don't have this problem with the English planes.
Am I missing something? Is there an extra switch to turn it on? |
Well, in Oleg's games usually you are able to see HALF of Bf-109 reticle. :)
Try using "Lean to gunsight". See in Options > Control > Views keys - for default "Shift + F1" is assigned. Or perhaps you gunsight reticle are dimmed down (option for some planes). Look in Options > Control > General for keys to Increase Gunsight Illumination Drecrease Gunsight Illumination Some VGA, notedly notebook ones cause trouble with reticle light in Il-2:CloD, but since you see RAF ones, indicates not be the case. Thanks for the answer, but:
been there, done that, got the t-shirt... ;) Shift F1 centres my view right in front of the ReVi, but there is still no reticle. Not half of it nor a quarter nor an eighth... It's just not there... even after maximising the illumination of the gunsight So this is apparently a bug on my computer, since no one else seem to encounter the same problem.... I can still shoot planes down with the Emil, but I presume it would be easier with the sight working... I'm, using TrackIR 4, by the way. Hopefully there is a solution, because I'm more inclined to the German side... Greetings, Andy |

OK. Thanks.
Wilco. |
Thanks again everybody.
Now it's working, although the reticle is quite dim, even with the brightest illumination. But I can see it now, which is the important thing :) All the best, Andy |
