(TUTORIAL) How to install Il2 1946 in Windows 7
 

Hi,

I want to create this topic for new people coming in Il2 1946.
I will show how to install Il2 1946 correctly in Windows 7 step by step, because it's a little bit special.:rolleyes:

1. Create a folder in (OS)C: , because you can't install the game in "program file" like other games.

2. Open the DVD file and click on "a" to launch the installation of the game. Make sure to install the game in your new folder.

3. After the installation, you will see that your launcher (il2.fb) will disapear. Just copy the one in your DVD and paste it into your game folder.

That's it. You can play Il2 1946 and enjoy!!! :cool::grin:

So much info on this sim is disappearing.
What used to be a simple google a few years ago for solutions has
become unproductive with many dead links.
