Hello! In the Knowledge base is writen I know,but it doesnt work. Can u plese tell me how to do that,easily explained?

Take a look at Pacific Fighters "readme".There is a topic under title "Replacing faces in campaign mode" with very well detailed instructions about how to do this. Just do it exactly as stated and it will work for sure.;)

Never worked for me. I replaced the "Photo" in the DGen by another with the same name. Bmp, black and white 192x256 Pixel. The default pic disappeared, but nothing else shows up.
I filed this under minor mysteries and gave up.

Easy to do.

Just open the original Photo.bmp with MS Paint, and copy&paste your photo on it. Then save.

If you wish, first you can backup the original file, but not necessary.
