Jim would spend hours going over reviews, customer feedback, and of course these very forums to provide the best possible perspective of what the customers wanted. He really was the customers' producer."

Sounds like he would have been a good guy to know.

I was hoping for an open thread so I could say my condolences. I didn't know him, but always saw his name and knew he was working to help others and make these sims better. I know that a person' life is is much more than the time they spend at work and here, and that there is a greiving family. I have no idea if it was seen coming or sudden, but just wanted to say I am sorry we lost another good person too early.
